We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking you place with us. We may, on rare occasions and in our sole discretion, limit or cancel bookings purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to, or cancel a booking, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail address provided at the time the order was made.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of lessons, classes, and/or courses, or changes in details of these such as dates, times, and/or video links, we will endeavour to notify you by email within 24 hours before the class was intended to start. This may occur in case of illness or sudden adverse personal circumstances affecting our teachers. In such situations you will be offered a chance to reschedule where possible, or to receive a full refund where this is not possible.

Physics Owls reserves the right to change the teacher taking a lesson, class, and/or course without notice in the unlikely event where a replacement teacher is required from whom was originally advertised. Physics Owls will always ensure that all teachers employed by us are professionals with the correct qualifications to enable them to teach a course.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made with Physics Owls, through our Site or otherwise. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
